🧾 Chiroos NFT Collection & Universe IP Rights Agreement

1. 📘 Introduction & Scope

This agreement outlines the intellectual property (IP) rights, usage policies, and legal framework for the Chiroos NFT Collection, including open editions, digital assets, and characters such as Zog and Quironia.

By purchasing, holding, or interacting with Chiroos NFTs, holders agree to these terms. This document distinguishes between NFT ownership and the underlying IP rights.

Jurisdiction: Ontario, Canada

Dispute Resolution: Governed under Ontario law

2. 🏷️ Ownership of Intellectual Property

All IP—including artwork, characters, branding, and lore—is the exclusive property of Anson Aswat / The Arclite Spanner.

NFT ownership does not equate to owning the IP. Instead, holders receive limited usage rights as defined in this agreement. No copyright, trademark, or IP ownership is transferred.

3. ✅ Permitted Uses by NFT Holders

3.1 🎨 Non-Commercial Use

Holders are allowed to:

• Display NFTs on social media, websites, and digital galleries
• Print artwork for personal use (e.g. wall art, stickers)

3.2 💼 Limited Commercial Use

NFT holders may engage in commercial use if revenue remains under $100,000 CAD per year, including:
